Q: Will you be actually buying our Property?
A: We only want to purchase your House this is the 1st priority. We will not charge you with a commission or a fee when we buy your house directly. (Land and Commercial properties also)
Q: If your offer is not enough will you list the property on the MLS?
A: Yes, we can, we are licensed in GA and Florida- there will be a commission attached to it, as standard practice but this can only happen if you feel the property can be paid more on Retail side, and your level of Motivation and need.
We will handle the Listing and work with all the buyers and offers and provide you with the best possible scenario available, as stress fee as possible. The only thing we ask is to work with us and our recommendations on how to go about listing your property.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes, we pay fair prices for houses. If we did not offer people fair prices, they would never sell us their house. If your house needs repairing or remodeling, then we will take that into consideration when we give you an offer.
Many of the homeowners and property owners who call us appreciate the value of being able to sell their house faster than the traditional way.
Since we buy with cash, a bank cannot stop or slow down the sale of your house. That’s one reason we can close so quickly. We have removed the middleman (the bank) out of the transaction.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: We are clear in explaining how we do things. We must check the location, the condition of the Property. We may have to consider the current condition of the property and possible number of repairs, fixing, painting that must be done. We need to analyze the House, Land or Commercial sales in the area as far out up to 1 to 2 miles out, if necessary, many times no 2 properties are exactly alike. Then we will put all that information together and come up with an offer that works for both you and us. Because we want to create a win-win offer and get to close as quickly as possible.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: We will not charge you any fees to buy your house directly or to give you an offer. This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house. (We can work the numbers at no charge to you) Commission is only charged if you decide to do it the traditional way, List on the MLS, sometimes this may work out better. Part of our analysis will tell us.

Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
